So here is the photos from WonderCon Day 1 for 2018. Here is my quick notes; first I should have shot a lot less it’s just too many photos to edit. Previously at other conventions I would shoot and have at least some to soft to use because the focus on the Sigma 35 at f/1.4 was sometimes tricky. Now I shot most of this show on the Nikkor 24-70 f/2.8 VR and EVERYTHING is sharp. I shot over 3000 images for the entire weekend and so far I have found only 2 photos where the focus was slighting off which is insane. So next con I have to limit the poses to 2 full poses and 1 closeup. This will shorten my edits but it might also shorten my time which means I will shoot more cosplayers… hmmm something to think about. As always when sharing be respectful credit the cosplayer and ME the photographer.
